硬(ying)質合(he)金精(jing)密加工(gong)的(de)研(yan)磨是用(yong)研(yan)磨工(gong)具和(he)研(yan)磨劑,從(cong)工(gong)件上研(yan)去一層極薄(bo)表面層的(de)精(jing)加工(gong)方法。

研磨的(de)精密(mi)加工方法具有以(yi)下特點:

1、 經過研(yan)磨(mo)后的工件表面,尺寸精(jing)度(du)可(ke)以達到IT4-IT1級;表面粗糙度(du)值(zhi)可(ke)減(jian)小到0.1-0.0006μm。形狀精(jing)度(du)可(ke)相應提高(gao)。

2、 生產效(xiao)率比(bi)較低,加工余量小(xiao)。

3、 研(yan)磨劑易飛濺,污染(ran)環(huan)境。

在現代制造(zao)業中,研磨應用(yong)非常廣,許多精密量塊、量規、齒(chi)輪、鋼球(qiu)、噴油嘴、石英(ying)晶體、陶瓷元件等零件均需研磨。

我們再來看(kan)看(kan)硬質(zhi)合金精密加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的另外一種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方式珩(heng)磨(mo)(mo)。珩(heng)磨(mo)(mo)的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)原理(li)是利(li)用珩(heng)磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具對工(gong)(gong)(gong)件表(biao)面施加(jia)(jia)一定壓(ya)力,珩(heng)磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具同(tong)時作(zuo)往復振動(dong)、相(xiang)對旋轉和直線往復運(yun)動(dong),切除工(gong)(gong)(gong)件上極小的余量的精密加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法(fa)。


拋光是(shi)利用機械、化學或電化學地(di)作(zuo)用,使(shi)工(gong)件(jian)獲(huo)的(de)(de)光亮(liang)、平整表面的(de)(de)加工(gong)方法。拋光是(shi)安排在工(gong)件(jian)精加工(gong)之(zhi)后進行,拋光之(zhi)后的(de)(de)工(gong)件(jian),粗糙度(du)R值(zhi)可(ke)達0.1-0.012μm,并能明顯增(zeng)加光亮(liang)度(du),但是(shi)不能保持原有的(de)(de)精度(du)。
